How to produce a Stock Valuation report at the Financial Year End

Created by Neil Currie, Modified on Tue, 18 Feb at 3:25 PM by Neil Currie

At the end of a financial year, valuations are required of the cattle held on the farm at the year end date. From Reports and Management Reports a Stock Audit Report can be produced. The date range should be the period of the financial year most recently passed.

When displayed this report will give the quantities for each category of animal and the total number at the year end. The business can then attribute a value per head to each category to determine the stock valuation for the balance sheet.
